Our unique co-working experience allows you to have the best of both worlds—independence with the support of a salon that enhances your guest experience.

James Olin Salon features a large, bright, open-concept space with high ceilings and excellent ventilation—ideal for independent stylists who thrive in a traditional salon setting.

Each independent station lease includes:
✅ Spacious stations, comfortably distanced (6 feet apart)
✅ Storage, a personal cart with a drawer, and hot tool storage
✅ Access to a shared reception desk, dispensary, /break room, shampoo area, washer/dryer and processing space with dryer chairs
✅ Towels, capes, color bowls, brushes & other necessities included
✅ Minimal charge for optional supplies (waxing supplies, foils, gloves, color, backbar, and retail products)
✅ Guest waiting area, shared restroom, and plenty of parking
✅ Guests enjoy refreshments, magazines, and a welcoming atmosphere
