James Olin Salon is an open concept, full service salon. Our staff is made up of both independent and in house stylist. We are diverse in the services we individually offer to our guest. JOS stylist are devoted to providing personalized attention to all of our guests.

We provide you with a personal consultation to discuss your individual needs and determine what will best suit you. All of our stylist pricing is based on continuing education, techniques used and experience. Texture, density, length & condition of hair, substantial style changes, extra product usage, consultation time and/or iron work may require an additional fee.

We are open by appointment Tuesday thru Friday and generally every other Saturday, Walk-in availability is not always guaranteed.
Please check with your stylist for reservations.
Please allow at least 24hrs to cancel for haircuts and 48hrs for color or straightening services. If your appointment is canceled with less than a 24 hours (haircuts) or 48 hours (color services) notice, a 50% fee of the service may be charged. No shows for any service will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. JOS reserves the right to collect fees for late cancellations, no shows as well as pre-payment of appointments. In cases of more than one offense of late or chronic cancellations or no shows, fees will be required at the time of booking your next visit. Our stylists income is based directly from services that they provide for you; late cancellations and missed appointments dramatically impact their income as well as effect overall business when we turn away other customers for times that are reserved for you. We truly value your business and hope that you will understand our position in this sensitive situation.
Please note that this is a COURTESY. It is the client's responsibility to know when the appointment is scheduled for. In the event that we leave a message, text or email and are not able to reach you, it is not the salons responsibility and fees may apply as stated in our cancellation policy. Please respond and confirm our text and emails.
Gratuities are welcome for exceptional service and appreciated; special envelopes are available at the reception desk for such. A separate check or cash is recommended and may be paid directly to the service provider. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept tip on credit card transactions. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
We stand behind all of our products. If for some reason you are unhappy with any products purchased at our salon, please let us know. No exchanges for used opened product will only be given. Exchanges on unopened/used product must be made within 5 days of purchase. Unopened and not used products made within the 5 day time frame will be accepted for a product credit.
REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS A SALON CREDIT ONLY TOWARDS OTHER PRODUCTS
We do not offer refunds/returns or exchanges on opened used products
James Olin Salon stylists take the quality of their work very seriously. In the event that you are unhappy with your service we will do everything we can to change that. It is preferred that you see the same stylist to give them the opportunity to correct the problem and learn from the experience. If you are unwilling to see the same stylist we will be pleased to accommodate your request with another stylist. Do-over requests must be made within a 3-5 day time frame. Any do-over requests past the 5 day time frame may result in a partial charge. JOS is not responsible for any services done by independent stylist, however if you want to see a JOS stylist for any corrections you will be charged for the services provided at a 10% discount.
